It has just occurred to me that not once, in all of this situation between H (I will henceforth refer to her as Elysia) and G, did I ever ask her what she wanted, or what she needed... not once. It was all about me, and how it was affecting me. That really sucks. I feel like a shit.
All of my yapping about how much I love her, and I never even thought to ask....
I'm mortified.... she deserved better from me than that....
